When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a detailed email with shipping and tracking information within that time frame. Orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days or sooner. 

How can I track my order?

At the time of placing your order your given an option to create an account(no worries you can always go back later and do so) However when your items are shipped tracking information is uploaded into the account. Simply click the tracking number and it will show the status and location of your item(s). Please note you if your order has several packages you will see each item associated with it's individual tracking number.

What are your shipping time-frames?
All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 - 3 business days. All orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days. We do not ship orders over the weekend and holidays.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If you have not received your order within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the actual shipment notification please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

What is your return policy?

Please note we offer a strict 14 day return policy for our International clients and a 7 day return policy for our US based clients. We take great care in the packaging and delivery of all our clients orders. In order to make this a smooth process for you please be sure you've met the following:

1. Item was not worn, damaged and or torn

2. Still has original tags

3. You may initiate your return here

Please note the following items are not available for returns or refunds: Clearance items (All sales are final),Final Markdown items, Free Gifts, Health and Beauty Products, Jewelry, Swimwear, BOGO deals, Specialty Designed Collection Items. Exceptions to this policy:  Any order(s) or item(s) that you've not received, which is anything not delivered within 7 business days after shipped notification was sent. Keep in mind although this is our store policy if you receive items that are broken and or damaged please contact us immediately. We will assist.

Things you need to know: You are solely responsible for the cost of returning an item. All returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL with tracking information. Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) and refund you within 3 - 5 business days.

To successfully cancel your order please contact us within 24 hrs of order placement. Once we start processing your order you will be unable to cancel it.
